APUPA was born out of a brother-sister duo's love for pure, traditional flavors. Growing up in Panagarh, West Bengal, we realized that the authentic taste of Thekua was being lost to commercial bakeries and artificial additives.
We set out to change that. Every batch of APUPA is made exactly how our grandmothers made it: with pure whole wheat, rich jaggery, and absolutely no chemicals.
